CarConfidence provides AI-powered vehicle analysis, MOT history insights, mileage checks, valuation guidance, and vehicle risk reporting for UK vehicle buyers.

Reports are generated using publicly available vehicle data, third-party data providers, and AI-generated analysis.

CarConfidence is designed to support research and decision-making only.

2. Our Services

CarConfidence provides one-off digital vehicle reports and related AI-powered analysis services.

Services may include:

  • Vehicle Confidence Scores
  • MOT history analysis
  • Mileage consistency checks
  • Vehicle risk indicators
  • AI-generated vehicle insights
  • Vehicle valuation guidance
  • Downloadable PDF reports
  • Optional WhatsApp or email delivery

Reports reflect information available at the time they are generated.

Vehicle history and external data sources may later change or be updated.

3. No Mechanical or Professional Advice

CarConfidence does not provide:

  • Mechanical inspections
  • Financial advice
  • Legal advice
  • Vehicle warranties
  • Insurance advice
  • Guarantees regarding vehicle condition

Our reports and AI-generated outputs are informational only.

CarConfidence is not responsible for vehicle purchase decisions made using our reports.

4. Data Accuracy

5. Payments and Digital Delivery

Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.

Once payment is successfully completed:

  • Reports may be sent via email or WhatsApp
  • Digital delivery constitutes fulfilment of the service

You are responsible for ensuring your email address or phone number is entered correctly.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, purchases are generally non-refundable once a report has been generated or delivered.

However, refunds may be considered where:

  • A technical issue prevented report delivery
  • Duplicate charges occurred
  • The service failed to function correctly

Our total liability relating to any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the report.
