Because our reports are digital products delivered instantly, our refund policy differs from physical goods.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a report.

1. Digital Products

CarConfidence provides digital vehicle reports and AI-generated analysis delivered electronically via:

  • PDF download
  • Email delivery
  • WhatsApp delivery

Once a report has been generated and delivered, the service is considered fulfilled.

2. Non-Refundable Purchases

Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, purchases are generally non-refundable once:

  • A report has been generated
  • A PDF has been downloaded
  • A report has been sent by email or WhatsApp
  • AI analysis has been delivered

This helps protect against misuse, copying, and abuse of digital products.

3. Refunds We May Approve

We may issue refunds in situations including:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical failures preventing delivery
  • Incorrect charges
  • System errors resulting in failed report generation
  • Accidental multiple purchases of the same report

4. Data Accuracy

5. Consumer Rights

Under UK regulations, digital content delivered instantly may lose cancellation rights once delivery begins and the customer has agreed to immediate access.

By purchasing a report from CarConfidence, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Delivery begins immediately after payment
  • The service is fulfilled upon report generation and delivery
  • Your right to cancel may therefore be lost once the report has been accessed or delivered

6. Refund Request Process

  • Purchase email address
  • Vehicle registration checked
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or payment references

We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.

7. Chargebacks and Abuse

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks where:

  • A report was successfully delivered
  • The service was accessed or downloaded
  • Fraudulent or abusive refund activity is suspected

Repeated abuse of refunds or chargebacks may result in future purchases being blocked.
